I have so much fiber here that needs spinning! I spun a bobbin of some hand dyed Romney last night, and have been plying it with another bobbin of the same this morning. Looks like it's a nice sport/DK weight when plyed. I still have a good half a pound of this left, but I think that once these bobbins are plyed up I will dive into some Interlacements silk that I bought through the yarn coop group.

I love to spin silk! Something about the long fibers or maybe its the luster... who knows but I really enjoy it.

OTN I have the mystery stole 2 (hmm, well it WAS on the needles!) I had to frog it yet again the other day and haven't recast on yet. I also have Seraphim going, knit in Fleece Artist Kasula dyed in the Marine colorway. It's going slowly.... those 100 or so rows of stockinette get boring after a while! Soon I'll be at the lace section and it should speed up. I'd like to have it done before my birthday!

Quilting has basically been set aside till school is over. I do need to do my Washington state swap blocks, but I plan to start those once my summer class is finished. I can make any quantity between 5 and 40, so it shouldn't be too hard to get those done by 9/1.

I need to figure out how to post pictures to my blog. Once I figure it out I'll get a few pics of the current projects. I hope everyone is having a wonderful fibery day!
